How the Chinese Auction Works

If you’ve never participated in a traditional Pennsylvania Chinese Auction, here is how you play:

​

1. Browse the Baskets: Walk the tables and view dozens of curated gift baskets. Each basket has a collection cup sitting in front of it.

2. Buy & Prep Your Tickets: Purchase your tickets at the booth. IMPORTANT: You must include your First Name, Last Name, and Phone Number on the back of your tickets!

3. Drop and Win: Drop your tickets into the cups of the baskets you want to win most. You can put all your tickets in one cup for a big prize, or spread them out!

4. The Draw: Winning numbers will be pulled on Sunday afternoon.

💡 PRO-TIP FOR GUESTS: Save Your Hands! If you are buying the $20 bundle (50 tickets!), writing your name and number 50 times can cause a serious hand cramp. We highly encourage you to bring a sheet of custom return address stickers or a personalized rubber stamp! (Note: The tickets are 1 inch by 2 inches, so please make sure your stickers or stamps are small enough to fit!) Just stick or stamp your info on the back of the tickets and you'll be ready to drop them in the cups in no time.

Auction Rules & Prize Pickup

• You do NOT need to be present to win! Because your phone number is on your tickets, our volunteers will call you if your ticket is pulled.

​

• ID Required: To protect our winners, you must present a valid photo ID matching the name on the ticket when picking up your prize.

​

Featured Highlight: The "Hero Basket"

On Saturday (First Responders Day), we will be featuring an exclusive, high-value "Hero Basket." 100% of the ticket sales dropped into the Hero Basket cup will be donated directly to the First Responder Chaplain Corps (FRCC), providing mental and emotional support to our local heroes.

Call for Donations: Showcase Your Business!

We rely on the generosity of our local community to make these raffles a success. Donating a basket or an item is a fantastic way to get your business in front of thousands of festival-goers.

What we are looking for:

• Gift cards to local shops, salons, or restaurants.

• Professional service vouchers (e.g., auto detailing, photography sessions, landscaping).

​

• Baskets themed around hobbies (Coffee lovers, Movie night, Pet care, Local artisan goods).
