For 124 years, Bushkill Park has been a place where memories are made. Those memories are made possible because of your resilience. Whether you are providing bedside care in a nursing home, ensuring a group home is a haven, or answering the call in a moment of crisis, you are our heroes. This weekend, we invite you to step away from the weight of your service and let us serve you.
Friday, Sept 11, 2026: Healthcare & Caregiver Appreciation Night
Time: 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM The Celebration: Kick off the weekend with our high-energy DJ Battle!
Why We Honor You: At PPM, we believe every hand that contributes to a safe, healthy environment is vital. We recognize that "Healthcare" extends far beyond the hospital walls. It lives in our nursing homes, our assisted living facilities, and our community group homes. We see the kitchen staff, the maintenance teams, and the caregivers who often go unrecognized despite being the heartbeat of their facilities.
Who is Included: This night is dedicated to EVERY employee within the healthcare and caregiving spectrum, regardless of rank or role:

Residential & Community Care: Staff from Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Facilities, Memory Care Units, Group Homes, Behavioral Health Centers, and Long-Term Care Facilities.

Support Roles: Kitchen & Dietary staff, Housekeeping, Janitorial, Maintenance, Laundry services, and Administrative support within any care facility.

Clinical & Technical: Nurses (RN, LPN, CNA), Medical Assistants, Doctors, Lab Techs, Imaging Professionals, and Pharmacists.

Community Health: Home Health & Hospice providers, Traveling Nurses, Physical/Occupational/Speech Therapists, and Social Workers.

Saturday, Sept 12, 2026: First Responders Appreciation Day
Time: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM The Celebration: Full festival access, live music, and the "Cruisin' for a Cause" Car Show.
Why We Honor You: First responders are the shield of our community. At PPM, we understand that "responding" starts the moment a call is placed and continues until the scene is safe. We honor the "invisible" first responders—the dispatchers who are the calm voice in the storm—and the specialized teams who protect our public lands and animals.
Who is Included: Professional & Volunteer

Emergency Services: Firefighters, Water Rescue, EMTs, and Paramedics.

Law Enforcement: Police Officers, Sheriffs, State Troopers, Correctional Officers, and Constables.

The "First" First Responders: 911 Dispatchers, Emergency Telecommunicators, and Radio Operators.

Specialized Rescue: Search and Rescue (SAR) teams, Crisis Intervention Teams (CIT), and specialized Mental Health Response Units.

Public Safety & Wildlife: Park Rangers, Game Wardens, Conservation Officers, and Animal Control/Humane Officers.

Why We Honor You: Since 1902, Bushkill Park has stood as a piece of the American dream you have fought to protect. At IMM, we honor not just the service member but also the families who endure the distance and sacrifice. You protect our freedom to gather, to dance, and to celebrate.

If your role doesn't traditionally provide a "badge" (such as a kitchen worker in a group home), a recent paystub or a letter from your employer on facility letterhead is perfectly acceptable. We are committed to ensuring no hero is left behind.
